When I’m done working for the day, the last thing I want to do is to come home to the kitchen and spend my evening in the kitchen. Netflix is calling my name!! So, if I don’t have a plan in place, I’m totally ordering takeout. That gets super expensive–especially when you order from Caviar and all of sudden you’ve paid $50+ for delivery more than once in the week.

Having a list of dinner recipes that you can make in 30 minutes or less is really key to staying on budget and eating healthy. Also, I have this problem where I eat healthy all day long and then eat a big, unhealthy dinner in the evening negating the healthy plan I had for the day.

This list of healthy 30-minute meals helps me stay on track. And, this particular list is super delicious, full of variety, nutritious, and all done in under 30 minutes. Some of them are done are 15 minutes. 15 minutes!!! That’s my kind of meal.
