This Italian seasoning chicken is our go-to for busy weeknights. With just a few ingredients, it makes juicy, flavorful chicken every time. It’s an easy recipe that everyone in the family will enjoy, and it’s ready in just 15 minutes!

This Italian-seasoned chicken is one of my go-to dinners for busy weeknights. There’s nothing complicated about it—just chicken breasts seasoned well and pan-fried until golden and flavorful, the kind of recipe that quickly earns a spot in the regular rotation.
I’ve tested a lot of seasoning combinations over the years, and this blend is the one I keep coming back to. I use my homemade Italian seasoning along with sweet paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. It’s simple, balanced, and delivers plenty of flavor without overpowering the chicken.
What I love most is how versatile this chicken is. I’ll serve it with a starch and a vegetable side, slice it for salads or pasta, pile it onto pizza, or tuck leftovers into sandwiches for easy lunches. With just chicken, olive oil, and pantry spices, it’s a reliable recipe that works hard all week long.

What to serve with Italian seasoning chicken
This is one of those versatile chicken recipes you can serve with just about anything. Enjoy it on its own, with some sautéed green beans with garlic, or with a side of honey butter skillet corn like in the picture above.
It’s perfect for adding to salads, bowls, and pasta. It tastes especially delicious with my garlic butter pasta or creamy tomato pasta.
