The Endless Meal®

What started as a one-woman show has grown into a whole team of experts – from recipe development to social media, to videography, to office management and so much more. But the one thing that we all share in common is a passion for great food.

How to be a food blogger

Kristen Stevens

Kristen started The Endless Meal as a place to share her favorite recipes back in 2011. Since then, she has shared over 1000 recipes and continues to love creating new, healthy recipes for her family, friends, and readers from around the world. When she's not in the kitchen you'll find her spending time with her husband and young daughter or hiking in the mountains around her home in Squamish, Canada.

Joshua Weisgarber

Josh has been the head taste tester here at The Endless Meal since the beginning. More recently he has accepted the position of office manager, but he still gives his stamp of approval on every recipe before it is shared. When he's not eating the food Kristen makes, he's spending time with his family, building something cool in his workshop, or riding his bike down a steep mountain trail.

Shelby Lewis

Shelby is a nutritionist and writer for The Endless Meal. She's passionate about food and health and loves making cooking exciting and approachable. As a toddler mom and wife to a competitive cyclist, there's always lots happening in her kitchen. She's most blissful when traveling and her favorite way to experience a new place is through the bounty and buzz of a farmer's market. When she's not adventuring or making a mess in the kitchen you can find her tucked into coffee shops, or exploring trails, rivers, and beach spots with her family.

Brittney Gray

Brittney is the video pro at The Endless Meal. She films and edits all the recipe videos you see here and on our social media. When she is not behind the camera, she enjoys going to spin class, trying new restaurants, and spending time with friends and family.

Katie Webster

Katie Webster is the author of the blog  where she specializes in seasonal produce and easy weeknight meals for busy families. She is a culinary school graduate and studied art and photography at Skidmore College. She worked in the test kitchen at Eating Well Magazine and is currently a contributing editor there and at Edible Capital District magazine. She is the author and photographer of the cookbook Maple, 100 Sweet and Savory Recipes Featuring Pure Maple Syrup {Quirk Books.} She lives in Vermont with her husband and two daughters. In her free time, she attempts to maintain an ambitiously large garden and teaches fitness classes.

Aysegul Sanford

Aysegul Sanford, aka “Ice”, is the author behind, where she shares healthy tried and true recipes that are made without the use of refined sugars. Her favorite toy is her camera, and she is almost always in the kitchen taking pictures of delicious food.

Elaine Skiadas

Hi! I'm Elaine. I love creating healthy, delicious recipes for all types of eaters that everyone can make and enjoy at home. I'm also the food photographer and recipe developer behind the blog where you'll find hundreds of creative, dairy free recipes to make for every meal.
