Sip this naturally sweetened, ultra-refreshing mint lemonade all summer long. The tangy taste of fresh lemon is perfectly balanced with a mint-infused honey syrup for an all-natural spin on everyone’s favorite summer drink. It’s easy to make at home and is ready in just 20 minutes!

This mint lemonade is all about bright, clean flavor with almost no effort. Fresh lemon juice brings the tang, mint adds a cooling herbal note, and a simple honey syrup ties everything together without being overly sweet. The result is crisp, refreshing, and perfectly balanced—exactly what you want on a warm day.

It’s also incredibly easy to make. I infuse fresh mint into a quick honey syrup, then stir it into an ice-filled pitcher with lemon juice and cold water. That’s it. No fancy steps, no store-bought shortcuts—just a fresh, hydrating lemonade that’s perfect for patio sipping, picnics, and sharing all summer long.

Variations to try

This refreshing recipe is endlessly versatile. Put your own spin on it, or try one of these variations:

  • Add fresh fruit like in our blackberry lemonade and blueberry lemonade.
  • Add a splash of fresh ginger juice for an added bit of zing
  • Make an ultra-refreshing cucumber mint lemonade with fresh slices of cucumber
  • Turn it into an adult drink with your favorite spirit like vodka or bourbon
  • Use more or less honey depending on your desired sweetness
