Lemon Orange Salad Dressing Recipe

Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 mandarine orange, juiced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 small garlic clove
- A pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions
- Combine the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake.¼ cup olive oil, 1 mandarine orange, 1 lemon, 1 small garlic clove, A pinch of salt and pepper
- This dressing will keep well for a week in your fridge. Give it a little shake before using it.
This was wonderful on some simple greens that I served with chicken last night. The orange in here is a really nice flavor. Will make this recipe again!
