Happy Mother’s Day to all of you gorgeous, lovely ladies!! Mother’s Day brunch is so fun and a great opportunity to have a super pretty, feminine brunch. And, that doesn’t mean that it has to be 100% pink, though that’s fun too. I’m in love with a good tablescape, by the way. Is that a thing you like, too? I have so many pins of tablescapes. The flowers, candles, napkins, gorgeous food, and the works. It’s so fun to sit down at a gorgeous table.
My philosophy on brunch is to check all of the boxes. I like a little bit of everything but being reasonable so it’s not actually everything. I usually have a main egg dish, with a yogurt bowl of some sort, a carb side, a veggie side, and a sweet dessert or side. But, sometimes I swap out the main egg dish for a nice waffle or French toast with a side of scrambled eggs, yogurt, and some bacon. When I host, I host. You know?
