When it comes to Christmas, we’re all about cocktails. There’s nothing we love more than getting When it comes to Christmas, I’m all about festive cocktails. There’s nothing I love more than getting cozy and catching up with friends and family with a holiday drink in hand, and this cranberry mojito is one I come back to every year.

Mojitos are usually my warm-weather go-to, but this holiday version feels right at home in winter. I make a spiced cranberry syrup with cranberries, ginger, mint, and warming spices, which gives the drink its sweet-tart backbone. When it’s time to serve, I add white rum, fresh lime juice, ice, and soda water, then finish it off with frozen cranberries, mint, and a lime slice.

It’s a bright, refreshing cocktail that still feels cozy and seasonal, making it perfect as a welcome drink for holiday dinners or parties. The syrup can be made ahead and kept in the fridge, and it’s easy to scale up into a punch for a crowd—just mix, pour, sip, and let the good times roll.

Make it party-sized

Here’s how to make a pitcher of cranberry mojito:

Add all the cranberry syrup (2 cups), along with an equal amount of white rum and 1 cup of lime juice, to a pitcher filled with ice. Top with a cup of soda water, frozen cranberries, lime slices, and some mint.

My Christmas cranberry margaritas and Christmas mimosas are two more festive cocktails to try next!
