I liked this a lot. The sweet mayo and mango were yummy!
This looks great and I can’t wait to try this 4th of July. It has me thinking for my vegan friend about trying to make a black bean hot dog instead of burger, what are your thoughts? Any tips on how to form/cook a black bean hot dog!
That’s such an awesome idea!
At the bottom of this post, I’ve linked to a black bean burger. I wonder if you could form it into a hot dog shape. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work. You’d definitely want to cook it in a pan as it may fall apart on the bbq. If you give it a go, I’d love to hear how it turned out. I’m super curious!
