How often do you eat seafood? I could eat it 4+ times a week but I know that everything is about moderation. So, I try to narrow it down to a couple of times a week. I love salmon and shrimp and tuna and all the other fish. When they are reliably sourced and quality, seafood tastes absolutely amazing. Don't you agree? I love eating fish when I'm on the coasts too. It tastes so much better when it's freshly caught too. When I went to Paris a year and a half ago, I took cooking lessons with a French chef. We went to the French market where they had shipped in scallops that were caught that morning in Normandy. I was in foodie heaven! I honestly have never had scallops as good as they were that night.

Now, I sometimes get into the habit of eating the same recipes. Don’t get me wrong: I’m adventurous and try new recipes all of the time. However, sometimes, I just want the same meal until I’m sick of it. There were some weeks where I would have shrimp tacos 3 or 4 times in a week when I was working a corporate job. Seriously, they are so good and easy to make. After a long day at work, it would be great to come home and be able to whip up a deliciously healthy (or healthy-ish) recipe for dinner and move along with the few hours of free time that I had.
