How often do you eat seafood? I could eat it 4+ times a week but I know that everything is about moderation. So, I try to narrow it down to a couple of times a week. I love salmon and shrimp and tuna and all the other fish. When they are reliably sourced and quality, seafood tastes absolutely amazing. Don't you agree?
