Whether you want chicken, are vegan, or searching for breakfast recipes, there’s a crockpot recipe for you in this roundup.
Crock-Pot Tuscan chicken is a creamy chicken slow cooker recipe with delicious Italian flavors. The breasts are first cooked with garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, and artichoke hearts. Once they're super tender, we mix in a creamy parmesan sauce to make this dish irresistible.
Crockpot Chicken Chili is a recipe our family loves. It is flavored with bourbon (beer or chicken stock work, too!) and BBQ sauce and slow-cooked until the chicken breasts are fall-apart tender. This easy recipe requires no pre-cooking. Just put everything into your slow cooker and come home later to a chili that is smoky, a touch sweet, and totally delicious. You will LOVE it!
If you've ever wondered if you can use your slow cooker to roast chicken, the answer is YES! Crockpot Roast Chicken is unbelievably delicious. It requires next to no prep, stays super juicy, and is almost impossible to overcook. Plus, you'll get a little gravy to serve with dinner!
Crockpot Vegetable Beef Soup is easy to make and so delicious. It's a great year-round recipe that is loaded with healthy veggies and tender chunks of beef.
This delicious Crockpot Coconut Lentil Curry is a slow cooker version of the most popular recipe on the blog. Throw everything into your pot, set the timer, and come home to a tasty vegetarian (and vegan!) dinner. You will LOVE it!
Sticky Paleo Ribs are AMAZING! They're slow-cooked until fall of the bone tender then smothered in an easy to make (and refined sugar-free!) chocolate BBQ sauce then quickly grilled or baked. You will LOVE them!
Crockpot Thai Chicken Soup is a lightened up, and super easy to make, version of Thai chicken curry. It's also one of the few slow cooker chicken recipes that cooks for 8-10 hours so you can pop everything in before work and come home to dinner. This has turned into one of our favorite healthy recipes!
This Moroccan vegetable tagine is sweet, fragrant, and completely delicious. Carrots, sweet potatoes, and chickpeas are cooked with warm spices and served over a bed of couscous. Make it in a crockpot or instant pot for a low-effort vegan meal that everyone will enjoy!
Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken is an easy crockpot recipe and a true family favorite. We use skinless chicken thighs (although chicken breast works, too!) and slow cook them in a sticky honey garlic sauce. Serve them whole with the sauce poured over the top, or shred the meat and mix it with some of the deliciously sweet sauce. Either way, you're going to love it!
Crockpot Thai Chicken Curry is one of the easiest meals to make and is so tasty. Curry paste, coconut milk, and ginger add a ton of flavor to this healthy dinner recipe. Put everything into your crockpot then walk away until dinner!
Slow Cooker Vegetarian Chili is as easy as it gets and so delicious. Dump everything into your crockpot then walk away while your dinner cooks itself. Leftovers taste amazing and it freezes very well. This is the ultimate easy, healthy dinner recipe!
Just in time for St. Patrick's Day, but perfect for any day, is this Guinness Crock Pot Beef Stew recipe. I've snuck a little chocolate in here, too. I know it sounds strange, but you don't actually taste the chocolate; it simply adds a little richness to the stew. You will LOVE it!
Absolutely love this round up! Everything looks amazing, but I’ll be making the trail mix first. As someone who only bought a crock pot this winter I have a lot of recipes to make up for, so I’ll probably be making all of these!

This is such great timing for me. I have just started going gluten free, so I’m looking for easy ways to do that. I’m also going to go through your recipes for vegetarian meals, as that looks like it’s in my very near future, at least for a period of time. A lot of really tasty looking dishes here!
I have lots of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free recipes on the blog. If you check out the Healthy Recipes category you will find lots that fit your diet. Do note that there are some paleo recipes there too, so they’re not all meat-free. 🙂
One of my recent, favorite vegetarian meals came from your blog. Not sure if this is a lifetime thing, but will definitely become a much more frequent thing for health reasons. Paleo and meat are not off my list, so I will look through it all.
