Peanut coleslaw is packed with crispy veggies, a delicious peanut salad dressing, and big-time Asian vibes. You’ll love it!

I’ve always had a soft spot for anything with peanut sauce, so it was only a matter of time before those flavors found their way into a crunchy, colorful coleslaw. This one quickly became a go-to side around here — the kind I throw together when I want something bold and fresh without much effort. The peanut salad dressing is rich and savory, and honestly, you’ll want to drizzle it on just about everything.

If you’re a fan of peanut-flavored anything, this coleslaw is for you. It’s packed with Thai-inspired flavors, crisp snap peas, fresh cilantro, and a sesame-soy peanut dressing that ties it all together. It’s a fun twist on classic coleslaw that feels light, vibrant, and right at home at picnics, BBQs, or alongside an easy weeknight dinner.

What to serve with peanut coleslaw

We like to keep the Asian-flare going by serving this with some garlic ginger chicken. It also goes well beside some coconut milk braised chicken or cashew coconut salmon curry.

Also try this coleslaw with some lemongrass grilled chicken or Thai chicken kebabs. Both are delicious summer recipes!
