Recipes to use your Thanksgiving leftovers

Thai coconut turkey soup is one of our favorite ways to use leftover Thanksgiving turkey. It's similar to Thai chicken soup but even easier to make.

If you love curry recipes then you have to try this one. It's based on our popular easy butter chicken only it uses leftover shredded turkey meat instead of chicken.

Eat your Thanksgiving leftovers for breakfast! Turn then into eggs benedict by piling turkey on top of leftover dinner rolls and topping it with cranberry sauce, a poached egg, and some gravy.

Soup is one of the best thing to make with leftovers. First, make turkey stock with the bones. Then take that tasty base and add leftover turkey, mushrooms, carrots, and a few other veggies. It's delicious!

We're a big fan of shepherd's pie ā be it pulled pork shepherd's pie, mushroom shepherd's pie, or this leftover turkey shepherd's pie. You can even use leftover mashed potatoes as the topping!

Making pizza is a great way to use your thanksgiving leftovers. You can also add some turkey to our southwest pizza ā it's delicious!

This unusual pizza is one of our favorite combinations and the single best thing to make with leftover brussels sprouts. If you start with homemade pizza dough it will be even better!

When we make mashed potatoes (often these cream cheese mashed potatoes), we make extra so we'll have leftovers to turn into potato cakes.

This is one of our most popular recipes and the one that we make every year after Thanksgiving. We start by making a batch of crockpot turkey stock (put the bone in when you're cleaning up dinner so you don't have to store them!) It makes the best soup stock.
