This lemon tahini dressing is easy to make and so delicious. It’s creamy with a tangy lemon flavor and goes so well with all your favorite salads.

There are so many reasons I love this lemon tahini dressing, starting with the fact that it’s creamy in the most satisfying way — without a drop of dairy. Tahini adds a light, nutty flavor that pairs well with a variety of salads, and a generous squeeze of fresh lemon juice keeps everything bright and balanced.
It’s completely sugar-free, keeps well in the fridge for at least a week, and is one of those recipes I rely on for easy meal prep. I use it far beyond salads —drizzled over roasted vegetables or served as a dip for chicken or falafel. It’s simple, versatile, and one of those dressings I always keep on hand.

Made this as a sauce for some roasted veggies and it went together very well.
This sounds so good. I also have some miso and may experiment with this. I have memories of a salad dressing with miso and I believe tahini in it that was so good. I have never found a recipe that comes close, but this might do it?
Loved this over zoodles, sweet potatoe and butternut squash spirals, and shrimp! Delicious!
