Home Diversity and Inclusion Policy

You are Welcome Here!

We believe that everyone, regardless of race, religion, gender, ability, or orientation, deserves to sit down to a meal they created and feel great about themselves.

When we create our recipes, we start by thinking about how the recipe can be made, and what substitution ideas we can offer, so that everyone can make it. Some examples about how we ensure that our recipes can be enjoyed by everyone include:

  • Offering substitutions for people with dietary restrictions.
  • Giving alternatives to ingredients that are more expensive so that everyone, regardless of income, can make the recipe.
  • Listening to our readers’ feedback to learn if certain ingredients are hard to source.

Celebrating What Makes Us Unique

The Endless Meal's Diversity and Inclusion Policy

Allies with the 2SLGBTQ+ community

The Endless Meal has long been supporters of the 2SLGBTQ+ community. If you are 2SLGBTQ+, know that you are welcome here. And please enjoy one (or a few) of our Pride Cookies!

To ensure that everyone in the 2SLGBTQ+ community feels safe and welcome on our website, we review each and every comment left on our recipe pages and social media channels. We have no patience for discrimination and comments that don’t live up to our diversity standards are deleted as soon as they are seen.

Supporting People with Disabilities

It’s important to us that our website can be accessed by everyone. To support people with disabilities, we annually review our website to ensure that it meets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

Please see our Accessibility Statement for more information.

We know that accessing a website can be challenging, that’s why we work with the best designer and developer in the industry to ensure that our website is easy to navigate.

Celebrating Multiculturalism

The Endless Meal is honored to work and play in the unceded territory of the Sk̲wx̲wĆŗ7mesh and LĆlĢ“wat Nations. We are forever grateful to be allowed to share this beautiful land with you.

We strive to be honest, truthful, and give appropriate credit in all of our multicultural recipes. If we share a fusion recipe that takes inspiration from another culture, we make sure to note that either in the title (as in our Thai-Inspired Meatball Soup) or at the beginning of the post (as in our Eggplant Curry.)

And when possible, we collaborate on a recipe to ensure its authenticity, such as with our Filipino Chicken Adobo.

Respecting the diverse food cultures around the world is very important to us. We are currently in the midst of a project to review and update every recipe post on our website to ensure it complies with our dedication to honoring cultural recipes.
