Baked Lemon Fish with Garlic Butter

(20 min) Tender, flaky white fish baked in a simple lemon garlic butter until it practically melts. The butter keeps everything rich and silky, and the lemon brings it all bright and fresh. Five familiar ingredients, twenty minutes, one of the easiest summer dinners going.
