Download Shopping List (not customized)

Customize the shopping list: Choose your serving sizes (set any recipe to 0 to remove it), then click the cart icon to generate your shopping list. Check off ingredients you already have, then print — you can choose whether to include or hide the crossed-off items on the print page.

Tip: Instead of printing the list, save it to your phone. Using your phone, select the print option and then text it to yourself. You’ll be able to open the PDF from your text messages.

This week’s recipes:

A bowl of penne pasta with shrimp in a creamy, lemony ricotta pasta sauce, garnished with herbs and a lemon wedge, with whole lemons in the background.

Lemon Ricotta Shrimp Pasta

I love this recipe as it’s bright, creamy, and weeknight-friendly – it’s on the table in only 25 mintues!

Switch it up: Instead of shrimp, cube some chicken breast and cook it a few extra minnutes.

Green Chicken Enchiladas

This is a great “make everyone happy” dinner. Comforting, flavorful, and excellent for leftovers later in the week.

Black Bean Veggie Burgers

My family loves these burgers! I’ll often cook an extra patty for my daughter to take to school the next day.

Time saving tip: These freeze excellent. Make a double batch and freeze some (raw) for next week.

A plate of leafy green salad with green olives, croutons, shredded cheese, and creamy Green Goddess Dressing sits next to a bowl of dressing, parsley, lemon slice, and a striped napkin.

Green Goddess Dressing

This works beautifully as a salad dressing alongside the enchiladas, a sauce for the veggie burgers, or a drizzle over roasted vegetables through the week.
