Cooking Club December 2024

Our cooking club is a fun way to try a new recipe every month AND get the chance to win an awesome prize. Each month, we choose one recipe for you to make. After you make it, snap a quick pic and share it in the recipe comment section. One lucky winner will be chosen at random to win a $150 gift card!

New to the club?

Here’s how to join and win prizes!

  1. Recipe: Cook the recipe of the month. Sign up to our Cooking Club emails so you’ll know as soon as another challenge begins.
  2. Take a picture: Before you dig into the tasty meal you made, snap a quick pic with your phone. It doesn’t need to be fancy!
  3. Leave a comment: Share your picture in the comment section of the assigned recipe. Make sure to use an email address you check frequently as we will contact you via the email address you use to leave the comment. (Don’t worry, it’s not shared publicly.)
  4. Bonus: For a bonus entry, share your picture on Instagram, tag @theendlessmeal and use the hashtag #theendlessmealcookingclub

December 2024 Cooking Club Recipe

This month, we’re making Whipped Shortbread. This is another of my mom’s recipes (if you were here last month, the soup we made is also her recipe!) Every Christmas, mom would make a couple of batches of these cookies. She’d freeze a bunch so we could take them out and enjoy them all month long whenever the Christmas cookie craving struck.

Since I’m sure we’re all making Christmas cookies, I thought this would be a great one to cook together this month!

Make sure to read through the post before getting started on the cookies – I have lots of helpful tips and tricks. I’m really excited for you to try these. They are incredibly soft and almost pillowy. They’re my favorite Christmas cookies!
