These Greek-style lamb burgers are juicy & bursting with bold flavors. Using ground lamb, kalamata olives, feta cheese, mint, hummus, & tzatziki, they're a delicious way to mix up your standard burger fare.

They're easy to make and ready in about 15 minutes!

- Ground lamb - Feta - Almond flour - Mint - Kalamata olives - Salt + pepper - Brioche buns - Hummus + tzatziki - Sliced tomato, cucumber, and red onion

In a large bowl, mix the lamb, feta cheese, almond flour, mint, olives, salt, and pepper. Don't overmix the meat or the burgers can become tough.

Divide the meat into 4 equal portions and flatten each piece into a circle slightly bigger than your buns.

To grill: grill the burgers over medium-high heat for 2-4 minutes per side until they are as done as you like them. 3 minutes for medium.

To pan-fry: cook the burgers in an oiled pan over medium-high heat for 2-4 minutes per side.
