HOW TO MAKE THIS MEXICAN STREET CORN PASTA

INGREDIENTS

- Pasta - Bacon - Corn - Black beans - Cherry tomatoes - Sour cream and mayonnaise - Cilantro - Cheese - Lime juice

Step 1

After putting a large pot of water on the stove to cook the pasta, cook the bacon in a large pan.

Step 2

Cook the corn in some of the bacon oil then add the white parts of the green onion, seasonings, beans, and tomatoes.

Step 3

Stir in the sour cream and mayonnaise to make the creamy sauce.
