- Ripe bananas - Eggs - Brown sugar - Apple sauce - Plain yogurt - All-purpose flour - Cinnamon - Baking soda - Salt - Apple


Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Butter a 9×5 inch loaf pan. Use a fork or your fingers to mix the streusel ingredients in a small bowl.

Mash the bananas in a large bowl then whisk in the eggs, brown sugar, apple sauce, and yogurt.

In a medium-sized bowl, whisk the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.

Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. When only a few streaks of flour remain, stir in the apple.
