Cucumber: One English cucumber will yield approximately 1 cup of cucumber juice, which is the amount that you'll need for four cucumber margaritas. You can also use a field cucumber, but peel it before blending.Is it possible to make a less boozy margarita? It sure is! To make a margarita a little lighter, skip the Triple Sec and use simple syrup instead. Or you can top your drink with a little sparkling water as we do in our fizzy lime margarita recipe.
