2 medium apples, 1 medium frozen banana, ¼ cup water, 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter, 1 teaspoon vanilla, ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, ¼ cup yogurt
Blend on high speed until smooth. If you'd like a thinner smoothie, add a little more water or milk.
Pour into a glass and sprinkle a little extra cinnamon on top.
