FOUR CHEESE MACARONI AND CHEESE

Four cheese macaroni and cheese is a real treat. Super cheesy and delicious!

The base is made with a béchamel sauce that you stir some cheese into and pour over the macaroni.

INGREDIENTS

- elbow macaroni - butter - onion - all-purpose flour - sea salt - whole milk - aged white cheddar cheese - gruyere - fontina - parmesan cheese - Dijon mustard - Black pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook the macaroni in a large pot of salted water according to package directions.

To make the sauce, melt the butter in a medium-sized pot over medium-high heat. Add the onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Then stir in the flour and add the milk. Bring the pot to a boil and let the sauce thicken.

Mix in the cheese and then stir in the cooked macaroni. That's it!
