Tiffany Mimosa

This ultra-glam Tiffany mimosa is made with sparkling wine and blue curaçao to get that perfect little blue box shade.

INGREDIENTS

– Granulated sugar – Hot water – Honey – Lemon juice – Blue curaçao – Sparkling wine

Tie a white ribbon around the stems of four champagne flutes. Run a cut lemon around the rim of each glass then dip it into the sugar.

Mix the hot water and honey in a cocktail mixer until the honey dissolves. Add the lemon juice, blue curacao, and a handful of ice and stir until it's cold.

Divide between the four champagne flutes then top with sparkling wine.

Blue curaçao is essential to getting that Tiffany blue color. You could replace the liqueur with some Triple Sec, however, you're dancing closer to a classic mimosa look this way.

You can use lemonade to replace the lemon juice in this recipe, just know you'll be creating a sweeter cocktail this way.
