Instructions
Brie cut out: Slice the top off a wheel of brie and then use a cookie cutter to cut a heart shape in the top. Replace the top, then fill the cut out with jam or honey.
1 wheel brie cheese, 2-4 tablespoons jam or honey
Heart-shaped crackers: Use a cookie cutter to cut heart shapes out of the tortillas. Place the tortilla hearts in a bowl, drizzle with a little olive oil, and add any seasonings you like (see notes). Arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes, until golden and crispy.
Flour tortillas, Drizzle of olive oil, A pinch of salt
Salami rosettes: Overlap the salami slices around the rim of a glass. Once full, turn the glass over and remove your rosette. Tip: Use a small and a large glass for different-sized rosettes.
Thinly sliced salami
Babybels: Remove the outer plastic wrapper, and then use a tiny, heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut through the wax coating.
Babybel Cheese
Cherry tomato hearts: Slice an oblong cherry tomato in half on the diagonal. Twist it to create a heart shape and then skewer a few onto toothpicks.

Cheese hearts: Use a cookie cutter to cut heart shapes out of cheese slices. You can use different-sized cookie cutters and/or different colored cheeses.

Assemble: Start with the largest items: the brie cheese, salami rosettes, and (if you're using) a heart-shaped bowl for the berries. Add the medium-sized items next: other cheeses, crackers, and meats. Fill in all the gaps with nuts, chocolates, and popcorn. Lay the Pocky and tomato heart skewers on top.

Notes
Seasoning for crackers: A pinch of salt is all you need to make tasty crackers, but it's easy and fun to flavor them. Popcorn seasoning works great. In the photos, the small crackers are seasoned with white cheddar popcorn seasoning, while the large ones are seasoned with ranch seasoning.
