Add the banana, spinach, pineapple, yogurt, water, and hemp hearts to your blender.
1 medium banana, 2 cups baby spinach, 1 cup pineapple, ¼ cup yogurt, ¼ cup water, 1 tablespoon hemp hearts

Notes
