Ingredients
2naval oranges, peeled and quartered
1mediumcarrot, chopped
1inchpiece of ginger, peeled
1 inchpiece of turmeric, peeled - or 1 teaspoon powdered turmeric
A pinch of black pepper
Instructions
Add all the ingredients + 1 cup of ice cubes to a high-powered blender.
