This peanut butter banana smoothie is quick and easy to make, healthy, and super delicious. It tastes like a peanut butter milkshake but is made with only healthy ingredients and is perfect for breakfast on the go!
Ingredients
2frozen bananas, see notes
2tablespoonspeanut butter, all-natural works best
¼ - ½cupwater or milk of choice
1teaspoonground flax seed
Instructions
Add the ingredients to your blender, starting with ¼ cup of water or milk.
2 frozen bananas, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, ¼ - ½ cup water or milk of choice, 1 teaspoon ground flax seed
Blend on high until smooth and creamy. If you want a thinner smoothie, add the remaining ¼ cup of water or milk and blend again.
Notes
If you don't have frozen bananas, use fresh bananas and add a handful of ice. The drizzle you see on top of the smoothie in the picture is made by mixing peanut butter with some water.
