This maple tahini dressing will quickly become your go-to creamy sauce. It's incredibly versatile, pairing well with many dishes and uses just 5 ingredients.
Add the tahini, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, garlic, and salt to a small bowl
¼ cup tahini, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar, 1 small garlic clove, ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
Whisk well then add 1 tablespoon of cold water and whisk again. If you'd like it thinner, add another tablespoon of cold water.
1-2 tablespoons cold water
Either use the dressing right away or transfer it to a clean glass jar and store it in your fridge for up to 10 days. It will thicken when it's cold. Bring it to room temperature or stir in more water.
