Make your salad dreams come true with my rich, creamy, easy Caesar salad dressing. This full-flavor dressing is quick to make and tastes better than store-bought.
¾ cup neutral-flavored mayonnaise, ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese, 5 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 tablespoon anchovy paste, 1 teaspoon dijon mustard, 1 clove garlic, 1 teapoon pepper, ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Mix well then either use right away or (ideally) let the dressing rest in the fridge for 20 minutes for the flavors to blend.
Store the dressing in your fridge in a sealed jar for up to 10 days.
Notes
Anchovy paste: I prefer using anchovy paste over whole anchovies for convenience - the same flavor with no messy chopping. While I encourage you to use this in the dressing (it's what gives Caesar salad dressing its classic flavor), if you really don't want to, you can substitute one tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce. Storage: Store any unused dressing in a sealed jar in the fridge for up to 10 days.
