As far as condiments go, sriracha mayo has become quite the staple in our fridge: it's the perfect duo of creamy richness from the mayonnaise and the fiery kick from sriracha sauce. This flavor-packed condiment adds a zing to everything, from french fries to sandwiches and even sushi!
Ingredients
½ cupmayonnaise, can be light
¼ cupsriracha
1teaspoongarlic powder, see notes
¼ teaspoonsea salt
Instructions
Add the ingredients to a small mixing bowl.
½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup sriracha, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon sea salt
Mix until everything is well combined.
Either use the sriracha mayo right away or store it in your fridge for up to a month.
Notes
We use garlic granules rather than fresh garlic because they blend better into the sauce and allow the sauce to be stored much longer in your fridge. But if you'd like to use fresh garlic, go for it! One clove should do the trick and make sure that it's very finely minced or (better yet) grated with a microplane. If you use fresh garlic, this sauce will last for a week in your fridge.
