Blackberry Smoothie

This blackberry smoothie is creamy, refreshing, and bursting with bright berry flavor. It's frozen blackberries, banana, and Greek yogurt blended up until smooth.

INGREDIENTS

– Frozen blackberries – Banana – Yogurt – Water – Honey or maple syrup

Add the blackberries, banana, yogurt, and water to your blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth, adding more water if you like a thinner smoothie.

Taste and if you'd like it sweeter, add the honey.

We love blackberry smoothies, but blackberry seeds are small and hard which can make them unpleasant to eat.

The simplest way to deal with blackberry seeds in smoothies is to use a high-speed blender (we love our Vitamix). Blend it on high for a little bit longer than you normally would, and this will pulverize the seeds.
