Ingredients
4boneless pork chops
½teaspoonEACH: sea salt and pepper
1tablespoon olive oil
1tablespoonbutter
3clovesgarlic, minced
¼cuphoney
1tablespoonapple cider vinegar
1tablespoonsoy sauce, can be gluten-free
Instructions
Dry the pork chops well with paper towels then season them with salt and pepper and drizzle them with half of the oil.
4 boneless pork chops, ½ teaspoon EACH: sea salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon olive oil
Heat a large frying pan over medium-high heat. When it's hot, add the oil and then the pork chops. Sear the chops for 5 minutes, until a golden crust forms. Flip the pork chops over and sear them for another 3-4 minutes. Move the pork chops to a rimmed plate and pour any pan juices over top.
Reduce the heat to medium and wipe the pan mostly clean and then add the butter. When it melts, add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Then add the honey, apple cider vinegar, and soy sauce and bring it to a boil. Let it boil for 2 minutes.

Return the pork chops and pan juices to the pan. Baste the pork chops with the honey garlic sauce and let them cook for 2 minutes, until they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit.
