Level up your lunch game with this decadent prosciutto panini. It's prosciutto, black olive tapenade, mozzarella, blue cheese, and a drizzle of honey layered between two pieces of whole grain bread, and grilled until melty. It's easy to make and it's ready in just 15 minutes!
Ingredients
2tablespoonsmayonnaise
1tablespoonblack olive tapenade
1tablespoonolive oil
4sliceswhole grain bread
¼ lbprosciutto, thinly sliced
2ouncesshredded mozzarella
1ounceblue cheese
2tablespoonshoney
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix this mayonnaise and black olive tapenade.

Heat a panini grill and brush the oil over one side of each of the slices of bread.
Turn the bread slices over and spread on the olive mayonnaise. Divide the prosciutto, mozzarella, and blue cheese between 2 slices of bread. Drizzle the honey over top and then close the sandwiches with the remaining bread oiled side facing up.
