Just TRY to stay away from this easy-to-make and delicious buffalo corn. Vibrant, juicy corn is grilled until it chars and develops a smoky flavor, then it's smothered in a buttery buffalo sauce and sprinkled with blue cheese and fresh herbs. It's the perfect BBQ side dish that everyone will love!
Ingredients
6cobsof corn, shucked
1teaspooncooking oil
2tablespoonsEACH: salted butter, mayonnaise, and hot sauce such as Tapatio or Franks
¼cupcrumbled blue cheese, or more!
Chopped parsley or chives, to garnish
Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium heat. Rub the oil over the cobs of corn. Grill for 8-10 minutes, turning a few times.

While the corn is cooking, make the buffalo sauce. Melt the butter then stir in the mayonnaise and hot sauce.

When the corn comes off of the grill, brush it with the buffalo sauce then sprinkle with blue cheese and a little parsley and/or chives.
