Fresh Pineapple Margaritas with Sweet and Spicy Rim Salt

Ingredients
¼ fresh pineapple
8ouncessilver tequila
4ouncesTriple Sec or Cointreau
2ouncesfresh lime juice
Sweet and Spicy Salt
1teaspoonsea salt
1teaspoonsugar
½ teaspooncayenne
Instructions
Mix all the Sweet and Spicy Salt ingredients together in a small dish. Run a cut lime around the rims of 4 glasses them run the wet rims through the salt.
1 teaspoon sea salt, 1 teaspoon sugar, ½ teaspoon cayenne
Cut the ends off the pineapple and cut in half lengthwise then again so you have 4 long strips. Cut the peel off one of the strips and then cut into 1-inch pieces.
¼ fresh pineapple
Place 4 pineapple slices into a cocktail shaker or mason jar and top with the tequila and Triple Sec or Cointreau. Muddle for about one minute, or until the pineapple looks pulpy.
8 ounces silver tequila, 4 ounces Triple Sec or Cointreau
Add the lime juice and some ice to the shaker stir to cool. Strain into the salt-rimmed glasses and garnish with lime slices and pineapple wedges.

Notes
A single serving is 2 pineapple slices, 2 ounces tequila, 1 ounce Triple Sec and 1/2 fresh lime juice.
