You'll always find a jar of this coffee rub in my pantry as it's become my go-to spice blend. The flavor is bold and a little smoky and it's the ideal seasoning for everything from beef and chicken to veggies.
Ingredients

finely ground coffee

tablespoons
ground cumin
2
tablespoons
garlic powder
2
tablespoons
onion powder
2
tablespoons
sweet paprika

tablespoon
chili powder
1
tablespoon
brown sugar
1
tablespoon
sea salt

Instructions
Mix all of the spices in a small bowl.
¼ cup finely ground coffee,
2 tablespoons ground cumin,
2 tablespoons garlic powder,
2 tablespoons onion powder,
2 tablespoons sweet paprika,
1 tablespoon chili powder,
1 tablespoon brown sugar,
1 tablespoon sea salt
Transfer to a glass jar and store in your pantry for up to one year.
To use, rub 2 tablespoons of the coffee rub over 1 pound of meat.
Notes
This recipe makes almost 1 cup of coffee rub.
