Take dinner to a delicious new level with this bang bang salmon recipe! It's seasoned salmon baked in the oven and then drizzled with our homemade sweet and spicy bang bang sauce. Serve it with rice and vegetables for an easy dinner that's ready in under 15 minutes!
Ingredients
The Salmon

1teaspoonEACH: garlic powder, onion powder, and sweet paprika, or spicy paprika for more kick
½ teaspoonEACH: salt and pepper
Minced parsley or cilantro, to serve
Bang Bang Sauce
¼ cupmayonnaise, can be light
2tablespoonshoney
1teaspoonsriracha, more to taste
½ teaspoonrice vinegar
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the salmon on top, skin side down. Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the salmon and then bake it for 8 minutes, or until it looks opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
4 pieces salmon, 1 teaspoon EACH: garlic powder, onion powder, and sweet paprika, ½ teaspoon EACH: salt and pepper
While the salmon is in the oven, make the bang bang sauce. Mix the mayonnaise, honey, sriracha, and rice vinegar together in a small bowl.
¼ cup mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons honey, 1 teaspoon sriracha, ½ teaspoon rice vinegar
When the salmon comes out of the oven, baste the top of it with bang bang sauce, sprinkle a little cilantro or parsley on top, and then serve it right away.
