2cupssliced mushrooms
2cupchopped green beans
2mediumcarrots, sliced
1redpepper, chopped

Sesame Ginger Sauce
3tablespoonscornstarch
1cupchicken broth
¼ cupsoy sauce, gluten-free if needed
2tablespoonEACH: sesame oil and honey
2tablespoonsminced ginger
1tablespoonminced garlic
Instructions
Add the ground pork to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the meat, stirring it to break up the pieces occasionally, until it is mostly brown, about 5 minutes.
1 lb lean ground pork
While the pork cooks, make the sauce. Put the cornstarch and a splash of the chicken stock into a 2-cup measuring cup or small bowl and mix well. Add the remaining chicken stock, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic and mix once more.
3 tablespoons cornstarch, 1 cup chicken broth, ¼ cup soy sauce, 2 tablespoon EACH: sesame oil and honey, 2 tablespoons minced ginger, 1 tablespoon minced garlic
When the pork is mostly cooked, add the mushrooms to the pan and let them cook for 5 minutes. If there is more than 1 tablespoon of the oil in the pan remove it by tilting the pan to the side and using a spoon to scoop it out. If there is less, add a splash of oil.
2 cups sliced mushrooms
Add the green beans, carrots, red pepper, and onion to the pan and let them cook for 5 minutes, until they are crisp-tender.
2 cup chopped green beans, 2 medium carrots, 1 red pepper, 1 medium onion
Stir the sauce to mix up the starch then pour it into the pan. Once the sauce has thickened (1-2 minutes) serve the stir fry over rice or noodles.
