1ounceraspberry simple syrup, recipe below
1ouncelemon juice
Fresh raspberries, to serve
Raspberry Simple Syrup
¼ cupraspberries
¼ cupsugar
½ cupwater
Instructions
Fill a jar or cocktail shaker half full of ice. Add the vodka, raspberry simple syrup, and lemon juice and shake to chill.
Strain into martini glasses and garnish with a few fresh raspberries.

Raspberry Simple Syrup
Put the raspberries, sugar, and water into a small pot over high heat and bring it to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 10 minutes. Strain the raspberries through a fine mesh sieve - DO NOT press on the raspberries or the syrup will turn cloudy. Let it cool before using it. Store the leftovers in a glass jar in your fridge for up to 2 weeks.
