This bacon jam pizza is rich and full of bold bacon flavor. We use our salty-sweet homemade bacon jam, layer it with mozzarella and brie cheese, then bake it until golden. It's easy to make with only 4 ingredients, and it's ready in just 25 minutes!
Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Form the pizza dough into a round crust on a baking sheet. Sprinkle the mozzarella over the top then spread the bacon jam on top.
1 medium pizza crust, 1 cup shredded mozzarella, 1 cup bacon jam
Place the slices of brie cheese on top of the bacon jam, arranging them so that each slice of pizza will have one piece of brie cheese.
3 ounces brie cheese
Bake the pizza for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and cooked through. Let the pizza rest for 5 minutes before slicing it into 8 pieces.
