Buffalo turkey meatballs are a surprisingly healthy baked meatball recipe that is absolutely delicious. They're made with ground turkey, almond flour, spices, and a tasty buffalo sauce. Serve them as an appetizer or for dinner!
Ingredients
Buffalo Turkey Meatballs
1 ½ lbground turkey, see notes
⅓ cupalmond flour
4tablespoonsFrank's Buffalo Sauce
2teaspoonsEACH: garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper
1teaspooncelery salt, can sub sea salt
4green onions, chopped - whites for the meatballs and greens to serve
Buffalo Sauce
1tablespooncornstarch, plus 1 tablespoon cold water
½ cupFrank's Buffalo Sauce
1tablespoonwhite vinegar
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
2tablespoonsbutter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add the meatball ingredients to a large mixing bowl and mix just until combined. Roll into 2-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet.

Bake the meatballs for 20 minutes, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
While the meatballs bake, make the sauce. In a glass measuring cup, mix the cornstarch and water. Then stir in the buffalo sauce, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.

Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Once melted, pour the ingredients in the measuring cup into the pan and whisk until it begins to thicken then remove the pan from the heat.

Add the baked meatballs to the pan and mix until they are well coated in the sauce. Serve them with some green onions sprinkled over top and ranch or blue cheese dressing on the side.
