Ingredients
2ouncesvodka, try vanilla vodka!
1ouncecoffee liquor, such as Kahlúa
1ouncechocolate liquor
1ouncechilled espresso, see notes
Chocolate shavings, to garnish
Instructions
Fill your cocktail shaker half full with ice. Add the vodka, coffee liquor, chocolate liquor, and espresso.
Secure the lid then shake for about 30 seconds to work up the foam.
Strain into two martini glasses and garnish the cocktails with chocolate shavings.

The foam on top of this recipe comes from machine-brewed espresso. If you use strong drip coffee instead and want the foam on top, you'll need to add an egg white or a few drops of a cocktail foamer.To make chocolate shavings, use a vegetable peeler to shave a little off a bar of chocolate. Use the best-looking curls to garnish your cocktail.
