Sip your daily dose of vitamins with this healthy kiwi smoothie! It's a creamy green smoothie with a bright tropical taste, and it's delicious. It's made with mostly fruit and it's ready in just 5 minutes!
Ingredients
3kiwi fruits, peeled
1mediumbanana
1cuppineapple
1 cupspinach
½ cupplain yogurt
½ cupwater
1tablespoonhemp hearts, optional
1tablespoonhoney, optional
Instructions
Add the kiwi, banana pineapple, spinach, yogurt, hemp hearts, and water to your blender.
3 kiwi fruits, 1 medium banana, 1 cup pineapple, 1 cup spinach, ½ cup plain yogurt, ½ cup water, 1 tablespoon hemp hearts
Blend on high speed until smooth. Taste the smoothie and if you'd like it sweeter, add the honey.

Pour your kiwi smoothie into glasses and garnish with a kiwi slice.
Notes
Make sure at least one ingredient is frozen. If you have all fresh ingredients, add a handful of ice and omit the water. If you have more than one frozen ingredient, you may want to add more water so it's not too thick.
