STRAWBERRY KIWI SMOOTHIE

Here's a delicious strawberry kiwi smoothie that will help keep you hydrated on a hot day. It's a kid-friendly smoothie that's beautifully pink and packed with nutrition and vitamin C.

INGREDIENTS

– Kiwi – Banana – Strawberries – Yogurt – Water – Honey

Add the kiwi, banana, strawberries, yogurt, and water to your blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth. Taste and add the honey if you'd like a sweeter smoothie.

Pour into glasses and serve right away.

Make sure at least one ingredient is frozen. If you have all fresh ingredients, add a handful of ice and omit the water.

If you have more than one frozen ingredient, you may want to add more water so it's not too thick.
