SPINACH SMOOTHIE

Get your day off to a healthy and delicious start with this tropical-tasting spinach smoothie! It's ripe bananas, pineapple, baby spinach, yogurt, and hemp hearts blended up until smooth.

INGREDIENTS

– Banana – Baby spinach – Pineapple – Yogurt – Water – Hemp hearts – Honey

Add the banana, spinach, pineapple, yogurt, water, and hemp hearts to your blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth. Taste the smoothie and add the optional honey if you would like it sweeter.

Pour your smoothie into glasses and serve it right away.

Make sure at least one ingredient is frozen. If you have all fresh ingredients, add a handful of ice and omit the water.

If you have more than one frozen ingredient, you may want to add more water so it's not too thick.
