KIWI SMOOTHIE

Sip your daily dose of vitamins with this healthy kiwi smoothie! It's a creamy green smoothie with a bright tropical taste, and it's delicious. It's made with mostly fruit and it's ready in just 5 minutes!

INGREDIENTS

– Kiwi – Pineapple – Banana – Spinach – Yogurt – Water – Hemp hearts

Add the kiwi, banana pineapple, spinach, yogurt, hemp hearts, and water to your blender.

Blend on high speed until smooth. Taste the smoothie and if you'd like it sweeter, add the honey.

Pour your kiwi smoothie into glasses and garnish with a kiwi slice.

Make sure at least one ingredient is frozen. If you have all fresh ingredients, add a handful of ice and omit the water.

If you have more than one frozen ingredient, you may want to add more water so it's not too thick.
