HONEY BUTTER SKILLET CORN

This honey butter skillet corn is creamy, sweet, and delicious. Make it with fresh or frozen corn and enjoy it year-round.

INGREDIENTS

– Butter – Corn – Honey – Cream cheese – Salt + pepper – Hot sauce – Chives

Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Add the corn and cook, stirring a few times, until it's hot.

1

If there is liquid in the bottom of your pan, let it mostly evaporate before moving on to the next step.

2

Add the honey and cream cheese and stir until the cream cheese has melted. Season with salt, pepper, and if using, hot sauce. Stir in the chives.

3

In the summer, try making this with fresh corn cut off the cob. For the rest of the year, this is a great recipe to use frozen corn or canned corn but make sure to thaw/drain the corn first.

We like to use a mild hot sauce such as Frank's in this recipe. But you can use something spicer for more kick if you'd like.
