GROUND PORK STIR FRY

This quick and easy ground pork stir fry is full of flavor and texture. It's made with ground pork, lots of fresh veggies, and a tasty homemade sesame ginger sauce.

INGREDIENTS

– Ground pork – Vegetables – Cornstarch – Chicken broth – Soy sauce – Sesame oil – Honey – Ginger + garlic

Add the ground pork to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the meat, stirring it to break up the pieces occasionally, until it is mostly brown, about 5 minutes.

1

While the pork cooks, make the sauce. Put the cornstarch and a splash of the chicken stock into a 2-cup measuring cup or small bowl and mix well.

2

Add the remaining chicken stock, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, ginger, and garlic and mix once more.

3

When the pork is mostly cooked, add the mushrooms to the pan and let them cook for 5 minutes.

4

If there is more than 1 tablespoon of the oil in the pan remove it by tilting the pan to the side and using a spoon to scoop it out. If there is less, add a splash of oil.
