CHIPOTLE MAYO

This chipotle mayo is a little bit spicy, a little bit smoky, and very easy to make. Use it as a dip or slather it on burgers and sandwiches to add a punch of flavor and heat.

INGREDIENTS

– Mayonnaise – Lime juice – Maple syrup – Chipotle peppers in adobo – Liquid smoke – Garlic – Dijon mustard – Salt

Add all of the ingredients to a small mixing bowl and mix well.

Either serve it right away or store it for up to 10 days.

You can use more or less chipotle to adjust the heat level to your taste. If you are unsure, add a little bit at a time.

Store chipotle mayo in an airtight container or jar in your refrigerator for up to two weeks.

To make vegan chipotle mayo, simply swap traditional mayonnaise with a vegan mayonnaise alternative.
